Hawaii has something for everyone! I try and visit Hawaii at least once a year, and each time, it’s a different experience. With my recent trip, I joined my crazy, fun, beloved group of friends to celebrate my friend’s another year around the sun. Whether I’m going solo or exploring with a large group, finding delicious food is always a priority.
If you love wine and want to do a cute weekend getaway to Texas Hill Country, you’ve come to the right place! For this trip, my friends and I stayed for 3 days and visited Grape Creek Vineyard, William Chris, and Kuhlman Cellars. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, as the tasting rooms get fairly busy.
Looking for a new city abroad to work remote in? Go to Sapporo! There’s tons to explore with many accessible cities nearby via train for a day trip. I had a list of beauty items to replenish and a list of must-eats in Sapporo, so the timing was impeccable. If you’re a remote tech worker, a runner, a foodie, or just looking for a great time in Sapporo, you’ve come to the right place.
I went back to Japan to explore Hokkaido this time around, and I’m already hatching plans to go back! Give yourself plenty of time if you are connecting in Tokyo. My friend and I missed our original connection because 2 hours was not enough time. We stood in insanely long lines (~1.5 hrs) to speak to an agent to get us on the next flight to Sapporo, but the food made it all worth it!
